Which are better. Or If you think another Brand
I have been running for 8 years now. Though I am biased towards Nike as a brand, I would recommend you to go to a running-specific store, like Fleet Feet in Carrboro, NC. They can help you find the right shoe because people buy shoes that aren't necessarily right for their feet, but more comfortable or fashionable. But after you get the correct shoes or even if you haven't, I would go to any major athletics store and ask the sales associates because they are getting paid to know the products they are selling. Asics (probably spelled wrong) I think are the best because they offer many types of styles that provide different feeels. They probably have one that you will love.
I think Nike as work out shoes. But i like the Adidas Superstar style. They still have it and i remember wearing them about ten years ago but they still look in style.

i always run using sacomy =) but nike are good to
asics and new balance are the best with the most variety for training shoes and nike are without a doubt the best competition and lightweight training shoes.
i prefer nike with BLACK SOCKS
when it comes to regular running shoes, Nike has fallen off. Adidas hasn't had alot of great makes in a while either.
And saucony puts unecessary bulk on some of its shoes.
Mizuno has a great selection of running shoes, and so does Asics.
Brooks are also good.I didnt like them at first, but the stepped their game up big time.
New Balances are alright too.
