I am going to ***** today to get a pair of spike shoes for track.
i want to know if the shoes with spikes are good for hurdleing cuz thats what i do and also good for running.

i play soccer and i use spikes. track u use running shoes
Some hurdlers use middle distance or hurdle shoes, but most use sprint shoes.
The ones you are looking at will work fine.
yes i use them not the same pair but i do great
here's a question for you, have you ever gone to a track meet? yes spikes are used for all events! and if you want to run hurdles, get mid-distant spikes, and for sprints get sprint spikes.
