Nov 2013: Excavation for Latrines / begin walls
April 2014: Finish walls and latrines – school structure complete and weather tight
May 2014: Interior fittings and furniture installed. Solar lighting and computer lab installed
June 2014: School completed

* US standard for labor and services is estimated at 55% of the total project cost. Our project is 60% due to the increase cost of shipping and travel.
** Building Season is South Sudan is only 4 months due to the 8 month rainy season which makes it impossible to ship supplies on the washed out roads.
