they are about an inch too long and also too wide. they're nike black crew socks mixture of Cotton/Nylon/Spandex if that helps
The bad news? Nothing is going to shrink the socks, other than altering them (sewing / darning). In fact, if you machine dry spandex, it tends to lose elasticity...and the socks would end up looser and longer.
The good news? Socks are cheap. Just buy a new pair that fits.

shan 20 bucks is not cheap
well the best way to shrink them is first put them in a washer to clean them then put it in the drier for 1 hour and don't open the drier untill it is 1 hour later.
