How do you eat whatever you want but loose weight?

So i'm 10 pounds over weight and i want to loose ten pounds badly...my cousin he eats whatever he wants and stays skinny how do I do that??
If he doesn't work out, then he probably has a very high metabolism. I know a couple of people that eat SO MUCH, but are really skinny. I wouldn't recommend going on a diet, but instead you should workout. If you have an iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad, go on the app store and download this FREE app called Nike Training Club.There are heaps of workouts that help you slim down, get strong, or even flexible. The different reps and exercises are already planned for you, and there is a trainer, talking to you the whole time. There are even videos and instructions to show you how to do each exercise. You can target any part of your body, or all of them combined. All of the workouts you can just do at home, or at the gym if you need equipment, but for some of the workouts, you don't even need gym equipment (dumbbells, medicine balls etc.) Try it out!!

Your cousin probably is active or blessed with a crazy metabolism. Plus he may eat whatever he wants but if he doesn't eat MUCH of it, theres no way he'll gain weight.

Since most people burn about 1900 calories a day simply to function, you could eat just 1 1500 calorie cheeseburger and still lose weight, but your weight would become a higher ratio of fat to muscle.

I have friends who eat chips, cookies, soda, and fast food too, but they only eat once or twice a day so theyre still skinny
Well lets see. im 5`5 and 148 all my that weight is in my thighs, booty, and breast. i am over weight and i have stretch marks. im suppose to weigh in the early 130 so im over weight to. but in ur case ur cousin have " Fast Metabalism" or how eva u spell it. He/She will not be like this forever there meta will slow down and they will gain weight as well.... people run outta that to..... but who knows when.

Eat whAt ever u want but in smaller proportion ... Drinking water helps Lot by the way
