ive got a pretty low budget of about 45 dollars and im looking for some running/training shoes to work out in as well as able to play basketball in. maybe a website that sells outdated or old nike shoes that went unsold? please if some1 could help i would really appreciate it :)

Get your shoes on sale. I just got a brand new white pair of nike reax for like 35. They were 85 at the store , but with coupons the store had to offer i got it over half off. Just look around you will see something that is good for its money
